ASSEMBLY MEMBERS AND STATUTORY OFFICERS (REMUNERATION AND OTHER ENTITLEMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO 7 OF 2006) - SECT 13

(1)     The Minister may make administrative guidelines for this Division.

(2)     Without limiting subsection (1), the guidelines may provide for the matters that should be taken into account in making a decision under
section 10(1).
