ASSEMBLY MEMBERS AND STATUTORY OFFICERS (REMUNERATION AND OTHER ENTITLEMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO 7 OF 2006) - SECT 22

(1)     The Tribunal is not required to conduct an inquiry in a formal manner.

(2)     In conducting an inquiry, the Tribunal –

    (a)     is not bound by the rules of evidence; and

    (b)     may inform itself in any manner it considers appropriate; and

    (c)     may receive any written or oral submissions.
