ASSEMBLY MEMBERS AND STATUTORY OFFICERS (REMUNERATION AND OTHER ENTITLEMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO 7 OF 2006) - SECT 29

A provision in a determination in force under the Remuneration (Statutory Bodies) Act immediately before the commencement that provides for an entitlement of a member of a statutory body continues to be in force until the commencement of a provision for an entitlement of that member under
sections 9 and 10 of this Act.
