Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) An Assembly member is entitled to be paid a basic salary at an annual rate equal to so much of the annual rate of the salary for a member of the House of Representatives as reduced by $3 000.
(2) For subsection (1), the salary of a member of the House of Representatives does not include any additional salary for that member (for example, additional salary as a Minister).
