HEALTH SERVICES ACT 2014 (NO 18 OF 2014) - SECT 69

A person commits an offence if:

    (a)     the person represents, by words or conduct, that the person or another person is an authorised officer; and

    (b)     the person knows the representation is false.

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
