Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if a provision of this Act requires a person to obtain the written consent of a landowner before the person may take an action (for example, enter the landowner's land).
(2) If the person has served on the landowner a notice requesting the consent, and the landowner has not responded in writing to the request within 2 months after the day of service, the landowner is taken to have given consent.
