MINERAL TITLES ACT 2010 (NO 27 OF 2010) - SECT 188

Agreement to be consistent with Act

(1) A person must not enter into an agreement that is inconsistent with this Act, and such an agreement is of no effect to the extent of the inconsistency.

(2) This section applies in addition to sections 109 and 2011_Actm051.html#_Ref250274294">150 .
