Northern Territory Numbered Acts

MINERAL TITLES ACT 2010 (NO 27 OF 2010) - SECT 5

    (1)     This Act applies to all the land of the Territory.

    (2)     The "land of the Territory" includes:

    (a)     water on the land; and

    (b)     the coastal waters of the Territory as defined in section 3(1) of the Coastal Waters (Northern Territory Powers) Act 1980 (Cth).
