OMBUDSMAN ACT 2009 (NO 5 OF 2009) - SECT 153

Report on Ombudsman's initiative to Minister

The Ombudsman may give the Minister:

    (a)     a report relating generally to the performance of the Ombudsman's functions; or

    (b)     a report relating to a particular case investigated by the Ombudsman.
