Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) For conducting the investigation, a Police Standards Command member may make the inquiries, and obtain the information, documents or things, relevant to the investigation the member considers appropriate.
(2) However, subsection (1) does not authorise a Police Standards Command member to contravene a law that would otherwise apply in relation to the investigation.
