UNIT TITLE SCHEMES ACT 2009 (NO 14 OF 2009) - SECT 16

The termination of a scheme takes effect when:

    (a)     the documents required for the termination are registered under section 54E of the Land Title Act ; and

    (b)     the Registrar-General cancels the scheme statement under that section.
