UNIT TITLE SCHEMES ACT 2009 (NO 14 OF 2009) - SECT 44

    (1)     A party must not compel another party to complete the contract before the end of 10 working days after the seller notifies the buyer by writing that the unit has come into existence.

    (2)     In this section:

"party" means the seller or buyer.
