UNIT TITLE SCHEMES ACT 2009 (NO 14 OF 2009) - SECT 77

    (1)     The code of conduct in Schedule 1, Part 1 applies to a committee member.

    (2)     A person who breaches the code of conduct may be removed as a committee member in accordance with the management module.
