UNIT TITLE SCHEMES ACT 2009 (NO 14 OF 2009) - SECT 9

    (1)     Part 2.2 sets out the general rules about forming, changing and terminating a scheme.

    (2)     Part 2.3 sets out the special rules about each of the key elements of a scheme.

    (3)     Part 2.4 sets out the special rules about the following developments of a scheme:

    (a)     the progressive development of a scheme;

    (b)     the formation of a layered scheme;

    (c)     the amalgamation of 2 or more basic schemes.
