Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The following provisions of the Act are excluded from the operation of Schedule 1 to the Act:
(a) Part 5, Divisions 2 to 8;
(b) Part 6;
(c) Part 7.
(2) For the purposes of Schedule 1 of the Act, clause 6, definition "dangerous goods", the goods listed in table 328 in regulation 328 are prescribed to be dangerous goods for Schedule 1 of the Act if the quantity of the goods at a place is more than the relevant threshold quantitiy listed in that table.
