WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) REGULATIONS (NO 59 OF 2011) - REG 139

An accredited assessor, on receiving a notice under regulation 137, must return the accreditation document to the regulator in accordance with that notice.

Maximum penalty:

(a)     in the case of an individual – $1 250.

(b)     in the case of a body corporate – $6 000.
