Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The regulator may impose any conditions it considers appropriate on the registration of a plant design.
(2) Without limiting subregulation (1), the regulator may impose conditions in relation to one or more of the following:
(a) the use and maintenance of plant manufactured to the design;
(b) the recording or keeping of information;
(c) the provision of information to the regulator.
