Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If the regulator registers a design of an item of plant, the regulator must issue to the applicant a registration document in the form determined by the regulator.
(2) The registration document must include the following:
(a) the name of the registration holder;
(b) if the registration holder conducts the business or undertaking under a business name, that business name;
(c) the registration number of the plant design;
(d) any conditions imposed on the registration by the regulator;
(e) the date on which the registration was granted.
