WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) REGULATIONS (NO 59 OF 2011) - REG 287

A registration holder must return the registration document to the regulator for amendment at the written request of the regulator within the time specified in the request.

Maximum penalty:

(a)     in the case of an individual – $1 250.

(b)     in the case of a body corporate – $6 000.
