Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered RegulationsThe holder of an asbestos removal licence or asbestos assessor licence that has been amended must return the licence document to the regulator for amendment at the written request of the regulator and within the time specified in the request.
Maximum penalty:
(a) in the case of an individual – $1 250.
(b) in the case of a body corporate – $6 000.
