WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) REGULATIONS (NO 59 OF 2011) - REG 96

The licence holder of a high risk work licence must give written notice to the regulator of a change of residential address, within 14 days of the change occurring.

Maximum penalty:

(a)     in the case of an individual – $1 250.

(b)     in the case of a body corporate – $6 000.
