The Parliament of Queensland enacts-- 1
1 Short title 2
This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act (No. 2) 2014. 3
Note-- 4
Under the Financial Accountability Act 2009, section 5, words used in 5
this Act that are defined under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 6
have the same meaning the words have in that Act, subject to a contrary 7
intention in this Act. 8
2 Supplementary appropriation for 2013-14 based on 9
unforeseen expenditure included in the consolidated 10
fund financial report 11
(1) The Treasurer is authorised to pay $441,955,000 from the 12
consolidated fund for departments as stated in schedule 1 for 13
the financial year starting 1 July 2013. 14
(2) For each department, the total amount mentioned for the 15
department in schedule 1 is appropriated for the financial year 16
for the department for application to its departmental services, 17
equity adjustment and administered items as stated in 18
schedule 1. 19
