CHILD PROTECTION (OFFENDER REPORTING AND OFFENDER PROHIBITION ORDER) ACT 2004 - SECT 65
Appeal against order
65 Appeal against order
(1) A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the police commissioner about
an order under this division may appeal to the Supreme Court against the
decision within 3 days after receiving notice of the decision.
(2) The
Supreme Court, in deciding the appeal, may make any decision that could have
been made by the police commissioner.
(3) The Supreme Court’s decision for
the appeal is final and has effect according to its terms.
