ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT 2012 - SECT 171JG

171JG Applications to amend temporary use licences

(1) The holder of a temporary use licence may apply to MEDQ to amend the licence, including a condition of the licence.

(2) The application must—

(a) be in the approved form; and

(b) include the matters prescribed by regulation.
