Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsMEDQ may delegate MEDQ’s functions or powers under this division, other than under subdivision 4 , to any of the following—
(a) the CEO;
(b) the executive officer;
(c) an appropriately qualified employee of the EDQ employing office who performs work for or within, or duties in, MEDQ under a mobility arrangement mentioned in section 32ZH .
