LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 - SECT 226
Monitoring role of committee
226 Monitoring role of committee
(1) The committee may make a recommendation to the Minister in relation to
legal profession rules.
(2) For subsection (1) , the committee is— (a) to
monitor the adequacy of legal profession rules; and
(b) to consider any
particular matter about which the Minister asks the committee to make a
recommendation for legal profession rules.
