Where an order referred to in section 38 directs that payments under the order made to the clerk of the court for a place other than the place where the order is made, the clerk of the court that made the order shall transmit to the clerk of the court for the place where payments under the order are required, pursuant to the order, to be made—
(a) the complaint and record of the proceedings thereon; and
(b) a copy, certified as a true copy by the clerk of the court that made the order, of the order;and, for all the purposes of this Act, every such order shall thereupon be deemed to have been made by the court for the place where payments under the order are required to be made and the clerk of that court shall be the officer ordinarily having the custody of the records of those proceedings.
