Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThere shall be constituted from time to time in accordance with this Act a body under the name and style ‘Mt Gravatt Showgrounds Trust’, which shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and capable in law of suing and being sued in its corporate name and in pursuance of its objects of acquiring, holding, letting, conveying and otherwise dealing with property, real or personal.
