435 Requirement to conduct periodic review suspended

(1) This section applies if the person who is subject to the forensic order is transferred to an interstate mental health service or another country under part 10 , division 2 .

(2) The tribunal is not required to conduct a periodic review of the forensic order under section 433 (1) while the person is out of Queensland because of the person’s transfer under part 10 , division 2 .
