MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 701
Annual report
701 Annual report
(1) Within 90 days after the end of each financial year,
the president must prepare and give the Minister a report on the operations of
the Mental Health Court and the registry during the year.
(2) The report must
also contain the other information required by the Minister.
(3) The Minister
must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 days
after the day the Minister receives it.
