703 Definition for pt 2

In this part—

"party" , to a proceeding—

(a) for a proceeding under chapter 12 —means a person who has a right to appear in person at the hearing of the proceeding; or

(b) for an appeal to the tribunal under chapter 13 —see section 532 .
