MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 726
Frivolous or vexatious application
726 Frivolous or vexatious application
(1) If the application is made by the
person who is the subject of the proceeding or an interested person for the
person, the president may dismiss the application if the president is
satisfied the application is frivolous or vexatious.
(2) The president may
dismiss an application under this section without a hearing.
