RECREATION AREAS MANAGEMENT ACT 2006 - SECT 30

30 When approved amendment has effect

The approved amendment has effect on and from the later of the following days—

(a) the day the gazette notice approving the amendment is published;

(b) the commencement day stated in the amendment.
