76 Requirements for process of deciding
(1) Subject to section 70 (3) , any process the chief executive considers
appropriate may be used to decide which expressions of interest should be
further negotiated toward a commercial activity agreement.
(2) Without
limiting subsection (1) , in considering an expression of interest, the chief
executive must have regard to— (a) the matters the chief executive must have
regard to for considering an application for a commercial activity permit; and
(b) any other matter the chief executive reasonably considers relevant.
