Negotiating application for commercial activity agreement
86 Negotiating application for commercial activity agreement
(1) The chief executive must consider each application for a commercial
activity agreement and decide— (a) to negotiate the signing of a commercial
activity agreement for the application; or
(b) to refuse to negotiate the
signing of a commercial activity agreement for the application.
(2) The chief
executive must give the applicant written notice of the decision within 10
business days of making the decision.
(3) If the decision is a refusal under
subsection (1) (b) , the notice must be an information notice.
