RAIL SAFETY NATIONAL LAW (QUEENSLAND) ACT 2017 - SECT 10

10 Industrial relations status of ONRSR

For the purposes of the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) , it is declared that—

(a) ONRSR is not a public sector employer for the purposes of the Fair Work (Commonwealth Powers) and Other Provisions Act 2009 ; and

(b) it is the intention of the Parliament that ONRSR be a national system employer for the purposes of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cwlth) .
