VICTIMS' COMMISSIONER AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE REVIEW BOARD ACT 2024 - SECT 27

27 Staff of office

(1) The commissioner may employ the staff the commissioner considers necessary to perform the commissioner’s functions.

(2) The staff of the office are employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 .

(3) A staff member of the office is not subject to direction by any person, other than the commissioner or a person authorised by the commissioner, about the way in which the office’s functions are to be performed.
