7 Application of Act, ch 3, pt 10 and directives about appeals to movement of health service employees

Chapter 3 , part 10 of the Act and directives about appeals apply to decisions made in relation to health service employees under the Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2023 , part 3 as if a reference to a transfer decision in chapter 3 , part 10 of the Act includes a decision about the movement of a health service employee under the Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2023 , part 3 .
