UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 148
Judgment pleaded
148 Judgment pleaded
(1) Subrule (2) applies if a party pleads a judgment.
(2) The party pleading the judgment must, within 10 days after another party
requests a copy of the judgment, deliver to the other party a copy of the
judgment.
(3) If the party does not comply with subrule (2) , the court may
order the pleading to be struck out or amended.
