Judgment between defendant and third party
205 Judgment between defendant and third party
(1) In a proceeding, the
court may give judgment in favour of— (a) a defendant by whom a third party
was included against the third party; or
(b) the third party against the
defendant.
(2) If— (a) judgment is given in favour of the plaintiff against
a defendant; and
(b) judgment is given in favour of the defendant against a
third party;
the judgment against the third party may be enforced only if—
(c) the judgment against the defendant has been satisfied; or
(d) the court
orders otherwise.
