UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 234

234 Unnecessary interrogatories

The court may, on application—

(a) order that a person is not required to answer an interrogatory; or

(b) by order, limit the extent to which the person is required to answer an interrogatory.
