UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 268
Security
268 Security
(1) Unless the court otherwise orders, the appointment of a
receiver by the court does not start until the receiver files security
acceptable to the court for the performance of the receiver’s duties.
(2)
The court may vary or vacate an order for a security filed under subrule (1)
at any time.
