Measures that contribute to achieving the water plan outcomes stated in sections 17 (1) (b) and (e) and 18 (c) are—
(a) information about the number and volume of water licence trades is collected and analysed; and
(b) information about the number, value and volume of water allocation trades is collected and analysed; and
(c) opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the market in tradeable water entitlements are analysed; and
(d) the chief executive publishes the information and analysis mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) within 5 years after the commencement; and
(e) water entitlements authorising the taking of unallocated water in the Cape York Peninsula Heritage Area, reserved under this plan, are granted to eligible persons for achieving the water plan outcome mentioned in section 19 (a) within 5 years after the commencement.Note—See section 31 for unallocated water reserved under this plan.
