WATER RESOURCE (WHITSUNDAY) PLAN 2010 - REG 38

38 Water allocation to which water is to be distributed under a distribution operations licence

(1) A water allocation converted from an authorisation to take water distributed through water infrastructure owned by the Kelsey Creek Water Board is a water allocation to which the Kelsey Creek Water Board’s distribution operation licence applies.

(2) A water allocation converted from an authorisation to take water distributed through water infrastructure owned by the Six Mile Creek Water Supply Board is a water allocation to which the Six Mile Creek Water Supply Board’s distribution operation licence applies.
