BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (PORTABLE LONG SERVICE LEAVE) AMENDMENT ACT 2005 No. 27 - SECT 29

(1) Schedule, definitions contract of employment and levy--

insert--

'building and construction industry training levy means levy that is imposed under part 8, and includes--

(a) an additional amount of levy imposed under section 80; 1 and

(b) any interest under section 84.2

levy means--

(a) building and construction industry training levy; and

(b) long service leave levy.'.
