16 Amendment of s 46 (Committee’s decisions to be decisions of body corporate)

(1) Section 46 —
insert —

(2A) A committee must act reasonably in making, or not making, a decision.

(2) Section 46 (2A) and (3) —
renumber as section 46 (3) and (4) .
