33 Amendment of s 168 (Precinct body corporate)

(1) Section 168 —
insert —

(9A) The precinct body corporate must act reasonably in anything it does under subsection (9), including making, or not making, a decision under the subsection.

(2) Section 168 (11) , ‘ subsection (10) ’—
omit, insert —
subsection (11)

(3) Section 168 (9A) to (12) —
renumber as section 168 (10) to (13) .
