Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Authority is established.
(2) The authority--
(a) is a body corporate; and
(b) has a seal; and
(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(3) The authority does not represent the State.
(4) The authority may operate under a trading name prescribed under a regulation.
