CRIMINAL LAW (CHILD EXPLOITATION AND DANGEROUS DRUGS) AMENDMENT ACT 2013 No. 14 - SECT 7

7 Amendment of sch 4 (Current disqualifying offences)

(1) Schedule 4, item 4, entry for Criminal Code—

insert—

'218B Grooming children under 16'.

(2) Schedule 4, item 4, entry for Criminal Code, entry for section 229G, after 'Procuring'—

insert—

'engagement in'.

(3) Schedule 4, item 5, entry for Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth)—

omit.

(4) Schedule 4, item 6, entry for Criminal Code (Cwlth)—

insert—
