DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2016 - SECT 13

13 Amendment of s 84 (Court to ensure respondent and aggrieved understand domestic violence order)

(1) Section 84(2)(b) and (c)—
renumber as section 84(2)(c) and (d).

(2) Section 84(2)—
insert—

(b) the type of behaviour that constitutes domestic violence; and

"domestic violence" ,
"emotional or psychological abuse" and
"economic abuse" .

(3) Section 84(3)(b) and (c)—
renumber as section 84(3)(c) and (d).

(4) Section 84(3)—
insert—

(b) the type of behaviour that constitutes domestic violence; and
